Having met several obstetricians in our hunt for the right DR we immediately fell for and felt connect too Dr Shalini. She quickly put us at ease of our fears and understood what worried us in relation to the birthing process, reassuring us with comfort and competence. Dr Shalini did not let us down post our first meeting, always being available (at all hours) and showed unreserved dedication to making sure we were catered for in every way we needed, and that we were her priority. In the end the birth was not going as originally planned, Dr Shalini handled the situation calmly and kept us informed yet not scared. All was explained, we were involved the whole way, all the way through the eventual C-section, this was after Dr Shalini had gone over and beyond to try and keep our wishes of a natural birth. The C-section was unavoidable for both me and our baby, and was done so well that I was up and walking the same day and have not had any complications since. Everyone who has since seen my scar has paid it compliments (and I normally scar badly), and after 19 days the scar is a distant line. We are wanting to plan more babies and would not consider another but Dr Shalini to be with us all the way. She calmed me, looked after me and reassured me, never leaving me/us feeling alone. Through the whole birth Dr Shalini maintained eye contact and connection with me, I felt constantly looked after. I feel we have parted as more than friends. THANK YOU DR SHALINI

I would not go back to this dental practice again.. I was booked in to have an extraction by a surgeon who I have since found out only comes in on a Tuesday. I was not that impressed with her bedside manner or the Nurse.. I was extremely traumatised and told them I was nervous. The extraction took a really long time and was not an easy removal and was extremely uncomfortable. I was shaking like a leaf and afterwards,, I was basically dismissed and sent away without being offered any form of empathy. I’ve since had terrible problems and I’m in a lot of pain four days later. I rang the dentist this morning. who then informed me that the surgeon only comes in once a week and I needed to go back to my own dentist, which is quite a drive away. I’m not impressed at all and would definitely not return. Also, the Dental practice is obviously undergoing some sort of renovation. The waiting room was a blank white room with no window extremely uninviting, no music not good when you are an extremely nervous patient waiting to have a horrible procedure done .not a good experience for me I’m afraid.

We travelled a long distance for a specialist blood test for my daughter, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care we received here. Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I had a lumbar microdiscectomy at St Anthony’s and the care I received was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, patient and attentive throughout my stay. In the post-operation recovery area, the Irish nurse who looked after me was especially wonderful. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name — I was still a bit loopy after the anaesthetic — but she was unbelievably kind, gentle and reassuring at a moment when I really needed it. On the ward, Rose was also fantastic. She checked on me regularly, made sure I was comfortable, and was so warm and supportive. Her kindness made the first night after surgery much easier. Overall, the team at St Anthony’s made what could have been a very stressful experience feel calm and safe. I’m really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend the hospital.

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Joshua was very friendly and professional listened and asked questions regarding how my son sustained his injury to his ankle. A thorough examination was given and then Joshua explained what he believed the injury to be and what my son needed to do to help mend the ankle. He was taken to the gym and shown strengthening exercises and advised to wear a supportive brace which we have now and is definitely helping. We have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks.

We tried non surgical options for a few months and once we confirmed that it doesn’t help, we decided to do Septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasty surgery.
