That confidence means everything during rehab. He’s an incredible surgeon and a genuinely caring person. I feel very lucky to have been under his care and I’ll always be grateful. I saw Alex Townsend for a running injury on my foot/ankle via Bupa. He was very professional, provided great care, and was excellent at communicating his thought process as he inspected my injury. He was efficient and determined in getting me the necessary follow ups booked timely when I told him I had an upcoming race. He referred me to Dr. Burdon who was also very professional and provided great care. After our follow up, Alex provided me with useful training resources for foot taping and running. He performed walking and running gait analysis on me. It was insightful to hear his analysis, and it formed the basis for him to refer me for additional foot physio appointments to strengthen my foot and minimize chance of future injuries.

RTN Mental Health - Private

The most stressful and frustrating part of using RTN services is the lack of communication and poor response times. I have used RTN both via the right to choose path and for a private assessment. You would expect the private service to be quicker and have better communication but this has not been my experience. It is impossible to get hold of anybody. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemail but there is no sense of urgency in responding and waiting times are long. You don't even receive an acknowledgement or holding email to manage expectations. Some very basic and easy changes could be made to make the customer experience so much better.

I was admitted via A&E . Dr Moussa made the decision to remove my gallbladder despite me being 87 years old. It was the right decision as my gallbladder had ruptured. His bedside manner was extremely caring, he explained everything in detail and I felt completely confident under his care. During my follow up appointment he took his time assessing my health and treated me like I was one of his family. I have never experienced such wonderful care from any other health professionals.

Was a little confused and concerned with all the last minute changes for surgery, then to be told and left waiting in a room for surgery to then say ur appointment was not the appointment time when u came in on our computer so they did change my appointment time! Other than that surgeon was fantastic brilliant and friendly After Care - as given a bag of meds and a latter and cards for the doctor with no sore dressings for wound area.

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"

Very clean and nice waiting area, the coffee & biscuits are much nicer than the Hampshire Clinic. Reception stall very helpful and efficient. The Polish lady who undertook the ECG was excellent, very helpful and explained what was to be done. With the excellent parking area, coffee & biscuits the whole experience was very pleasant. At the Breast Centre, everyone I have seen has been very nice & professional, especially Ms Lobo & Ms Patel. I was here to get an up to date ray on my, to help my chiropractor see whats really going on with my back. This process was done quickly, efficiently with discretion. Images were quickly sent to my chiropractor for immediate review after, and appropriate treatment given by chiropractor thereafter. Great no nonsense process,, that caused zero stress, worry and anxiety.
