Dr Criswell. Was punctual, the consulting room attractive and his OA very efficient.

The practice was clean, tidy and quiet, and all the facilities were very good and had everything that you might need.

The practice itself is excellent. Everyone is always welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful, and there is a genuine sense of care throughout. A special mention has to go to Kathryn, who is always so helpful, incredibly quick to respond and brilliant at getting everything organised efficiently. Communication is consistently clear and I have always felt very well looked after. It is a practice I trust completely and would highly recommend.

I have been attending the practice for years. My appointment started 15 minutes late on my last visit, but that is not typical. I want to pay a special tribute to Kathryn. I find her very efficient, always friendly and welcoming.

Emails are answered almost immediately, appointments and referrals are organised with remarkable efficiency, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. What really sets this practice apart is the genuine care shown to patients. The team consistently go above and beyond to help, making what can be a very stressful time feel far more manageable. It is rare to find a practice where the administration is every bit as impressive as the medical care. The service is seamless, compassionate and exceptionally well organised. Dr Theo gets right to the root of the problem and does not give up on a difficult case: chasing down every symptom until a solution is found. You could not find a more conscientious doctor.
