I have been attending the practice for years. My appointment started 15 minutes late on my last visit, but that is not typical. I want to pay a special tribute to Kathryn. I find her very efficient, always friendly and welcoming.

The practice is exceptional. From my very first contact, every member of the team has been welcoming, kind and incredibly professional. The secretaries are outstanding. Emails are answered almost immediately, appointments and referrals are organised with remarkable efficiency, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. What really sets this practice apart is the genuine care shown to patients. The team consistently go above and beyond to help, making what can be a very stressful time feel far more manageable. It is rare to find a practice where the administration is every bit as impressive as the medical care. The service is seamless, compassionate and exceptionally well organised. I cannot thank everyone enough.
Dr Theo gets right to the root of the problem and does not give up on a difficult case: chasing down every symptom until a solution is found. You could not find a more conscientious doctor.

Dr Theo is very nice, extremely patient and makes you feel at complete ease. He listens to you and your views before giving his professional opinion, which I believe is very important for patients to be heard too. Nothing feels rushed - Dr Theo takes the time to explain & communicate effectively.
