Theo helped us on an urgent matter, late at night in a bank holiday Saturday. It was the best medical care I have received. Without question. His practice is well organised, friendly and clean. The perfect place to be looked after.
My family of six have been with the Criswell practice for 30 years. The secretaries are helpful, kind and make every effort to find an appointment and help you. Nothing is too much trouble. Every visit is efficient and organised with minimal waiting times. I would highly recommend this practice to all ages. Outstanding!
The experience was outstanding. Dr Theo, as stated before, was warm, understanding and went out of his way to explain the medical problems I was having. Having dealt with Dr Theo’s father, Michael, for many years - and thoroughly enjoyed that experience as well - my wife and I are more than content to continue in the most capable hands of Dr Theo. Additionally, all the other staff are extremely professional, efficient, caring and a delight to deal with.
I have been a patient for more than a decade and I am very happy with the practice.
