I have been attending this practice for many years and their service is always excellent.
Dr Theo is very nice, extremely patient and makes you feel at complete ease. He listens to you and your views before giving his professional opinion, which I believe is very important for patients to be heard too. Nothing feels rushed - Dr Theo takes the time to explain & communicate effectively.
Every time I see Dr Theo I feel reassured and know that I’m in safe hands. I never have to wait long to see him and I know I’m getting the best advice for me because he listens!
The best in town. Its easy to contact the practice, the staff are exceptional and it's quick and easy to get an appointment. There are real people at the end of the 'phone too.
The practice Manager Kathryn is absolutely fantastic. Always available on the phone, always replies to emails almost immediately and I don’t know how she manages that. Frankly when I call up with regards to anything, be it an appointment, a message for the doctor to call me or whatever else it’s just done, and done with extreme charm and kindness.
Dr Michael Criswell has looked after my husband and I for many years. His support and expertise has been unfailing throughout. Theo is now continuing that tradition. Michael and Theo are supported by the wonderful Kathryn and Gilda who show the same dedication and personal touch. We are incredibly lucky to be so very well looked after by the Criswell Practice. It is head and shoulders above any practice I have ever known.
