This was truly a special experience!!! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The consultation was incredibly informative—Dr. Sanusha took her time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with honesty and care and calmness! What really stood out to me is that there was absolutely ZERO pressure to go ahead with any treatments. She genuinely listened to what I was looking for and gave her professional opinion without pushing anything unnecessary. It’s so refreshing to meet someone in this industry who isn’t trying to upsell expensive skincare or procedures just for the sake of it. Dr. Sanusha gave me honest, realistic advice and even recommended a treatment that she doesn’t offer herself—this really says a lot about her integrity. I’ve never come across an another clinic that is willing to do that. I truly trust her judgment and feel confident that she always has her patients'' best interests at heart. I met John Sheridan at a really low time of my life in 2022. My brother had passed away in 2020 and I had been to therapists before I started sessions with John, and he was the one that I stuck with and trusted the most. I was also mentally and physically struggling with myself and life overall. I had a gate locked shut inside of me with many chains around it and he helped me to unlock those chains 1 by 1 and face what I had hidden behind that gate. Nobody has ever been able to step foot near that gate that I had built except for John. He is patient, kind, caring, trustworthy, professional, he was made for this kind of job, and just overall a genuinely a good soul. And he tells you the truth! (which was one of my favourite things about our sessions). I trusted absolutely nobody, but I was able to trust him. I’m very grateful that I crossed paths with John in my search for a therapist, he’s the best therapist I’ve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that’s looking, you will not regret it.

I recently attended my first appointment at The Fresh Breath Clinic and can not recommend this clinic highly enough. I had a very positive experience from start to finish. The clinic is spotless clean, airy and fresh. All of the staff I came into contact with were extremely professional, polite and welcoming. The dentist I had my appointment with was amazing and extremely knowledgeable, she was friendly and actively listened to my concerns and was very thorough in her work. I am someone who has an extreme fear of dentists, however he made me feel so at ease and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and I had 100% confidence in his ability to carry out my root canal treatment yesterday. He administered IV sedation and it felt like it lasted 5minutes. I didn't even have any pain afterwards. The world needs more dentists as understanding and as caring as Dr. Freddy.

I attended Concept Hearing for a hearing test and for new rechargeable hearing aids over a year ago now. I have had hearing aids from other suppliers in the past and had not much success. The level of care and attention that I received was first class but the most important thing was the after care which I have received when I need any back up with my hearing aids.
