Gerardine has had such a welcoming and non judgemental attitude ever since our first session. Gerardine's work with me has helped to change my life. She goes at my pace, never rushes. Since starting the transforming touch thearpy with Geradine I have become better at understanding my nervous system. Knowing my own window of tolerance. Before this work I was in dorsal collapse for extremely long periods of time. Because of Gerardines patience with me my episodes are getting less frequent and I have more space in my system. I don't fully understand how the transforming touch works. But all I can say is it does. I have gone from being depressed, unemployed and extremely vulnerable to now having a job and learning to drive and living independently. The changes may come dripping slowly but that is the beauty of it there is no pressure. You gradually you begin to unfurl. Gerardine has never told me to stop any of my behaviors she has said they will fade away when I don't need them any more. The table top work was knew to me but I trusted Gerardine and I'm so happy I did! Gerardine has really made me feel seen and understood. I have early developmental trauma and this is the only work I have done that addresses that properly. I could not recommend her more. If you are struggling and you may have tried many different therapies and wanted to give up, then I strongly suggest you make an appointment with Gerardine and experience transforming touch. She is an amazing therapist and I have been to many. I have been with Gerardine going on five years now and my wish for you is that you experience the freedom Gerardine and the method has to offer.

I’d been putting off orthodontic treatment for years, mostly because I wasn’t sure who to trust with it. A friend recommended Dr. Salloum and I’m really glad I went. His credentials are genuinely impressive - specialist qualifications from multiple Royal Colleges across Ireland, Edinburgh and England, plus a European Board certification in orthodontics. But honestly, what struck me more was how he actually uses that knowledge in practice. He explained my options clearly, didn’t push me towards anything, and gave me a realistic picture of what treatment would involve. No hard sell, no fluff. He has a calm, unhurried manner that made the whole process far less daunting than I expected. Every appointment felt like he actually remembered who I was and where we were in the treatment. Small thing maybe, but it matters. The clinical side was spot on throughout. He clearly keeps up with newer techniques and approaches things thoughtfully rather than just defaulting to whatever’s most convenient. I felt like the treatment was genuinely tailored to me. The results have been great and I’d have no hesitation going back or recommending him to anyone looking for an orthodontic specialist in Dublin.

Did my research before choosing an orthodontist and Lusk Orthodontics kept coming up. Having now been there, I can see why. The clinic itself is really well set up - modern equipment, clean and well-organised, and it has a relaxed feel that takes the edge off what can be a nerve-wracking first visit. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into how the place runs, not just how it looks. The staff are brilliant. Genuinely friendly without being over the top, efficient without being rushed, and they clearly work well together as a team. Every time I came in, the experience was smooth from start to finish. Appointments ran on time, which as anyone with a busy schedule knows, actually means a lot. The location in Lusk works really well practically - easy to find, free parking right there, so none of the usual stress of getting to an appointment. They also offer evening and Saturday slots which made fitting treatment around work and family life much more manageable than I expected. Overall it just feels like a practice that has been put together properly. Professional setup, good people, and flexible enough to actually work around real life. Would have no hesitation recommending it.

Had my final visit this week after being a patient of Peter Keenan for nearly 3 years. I had Invisalign for approximately 2 years and the latest appointment was the final check up. Everything went perfectly, the treatment was a small bit longer than originally planned but I didn’t mind at all as I wanted the best outcome, and so did Peter. Getting Invisalign has not only massively improved my smile, but also let me form long lasting habits of daily flossing. And it’s so much easier now that the teeth are properly spaced. I got the 3 sets of Invisalign Vivera Retainers and they should last me a few years. So far I have been wearing them every night and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. Some of my friends got Invisalign/braces earlier in life and ended up needing to get them redone, and I won’t allow that to happen to me. The staff are incredible in the office too, very friendly and everyone is efficient. I have been and will continue to recommend Keenan Orthodontics to everyone that is considering it.

I was stuck in a bad situation with the loss of my clinic that was providing me my medication.. There was short turn around time from me losing my care running out of my much needed medication. I had tried another clinic who were very slow and un responsive to the urgency of my care. I contacted mindbridge and Kelly was fantastic and very responsive to my needs and understood the gravity of my situation. She did a fantastic job of getting me an appointment in day rather than months like the other clinic i enquired with. I was given a temp prescription to get me to my assessment date and received plenty of reminders so i wouldn't forget my appointment. I had my appointment with Dr Raaj and he was very kind and a pleasure to deal with. Gave me some good advice and guidance to help improve my quality of life around ADHD and my treatment plan. I was really impressed with my appointment with Dr Shane O’Regan in the Bon Secours hospital in Limerick today. Initially I met Holly who booked me in, she was so nice, helpful and super efficient. As was Abby who took care of the prep work for my visit - sight test/pressure check/scans etc. I then went straight in to meet with Dr O’Regan., who was superb. He was very professional and also very generous with his time. He explained the whole process , what he was checking, and why. He made sure I understood, and encouraged me to ask any questions. He also reassured me that if I had any issues afterwards to not hesitate in contacting him. I was really delighted with the visit., fabulous facility, no delays and excellent service from the whole team. Thank you 🙏🏼

I got the Platinum Blood test & Advanced Allergy test done. Both tests easy to do, just a number of blood vials & a urine test carried out on site. Fast appointment. For me, easy access & NO horrible trip up to Dublin as I went to their Kill location. A major plus for me. Both tests done on a Wednesday & Blood report back Monday & Allergy report on the Wednesday. Extensive Blood report, very well documented & explained. Easy for me to understand & see. Both tests even have a synopsis report at the back for your doctor. The Allergy report, which is slightly smaller, is as informative as the Blood test. Tests are dear but for me well worth every penny. Mark gave me a 10% discount for doing both. Highly recommend it & couldn’t fault it. A great idea Mark - well done.

I found Dr Pintar very kind and knowledgeable, he took the time to listen to my symptoms and I felt heard, he spent time explaining what tests were available and which ones he thought would best suit my situation, he was very fair and reasonable with fees unlike some other functional medical practises and didn't push expensive tests on me, when my results came back he explained them in plain language and provided me with a protocol that was easy to follow, he answered my emails when I had questions without hesitation and I felt very supported throughout, I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a functional Dr.
