Virginia has had an incredible influence on my life and health this year! i can't thank her enough for the help and support she has given me but most importantly the knowledge that has enabled me to continue my journey independently. I'd like to share part of my journey to show how Virginia has helped me. I have an underactive thyroid and have battled with my symptoms since I was 7 years old. Last year (age 28), i was diagnosed with hashimoto's disease and I found that the medication i had taken for most of my life wasn't working for me. After starting new medication, I felt some improvement but still felt tired, emotional and struggled losing weight. I was later told it's likely that I have lipedema and need help with my gut health - this is when I was put in touch with Virginia. I first met Virginia over a zoom call and she listened attentively to my health history - I really felt that she understood and she was just as interested and enthusiastic in helping improve my gut health as I was. With just a few months, after changing to an anti-inflammatory diet (set by Virginia) and taking new supplements, I started noticing huge differences. I have more energy, my gut health had improved, I had less brain fog - I overall just felt better in myself. I had a busy lifestyle and I can be quite fussy with food but Virginia took time to create a meal plan, recipes and a shopping list that suited me, were things I liked and were easy to prepare. The recipes were so easy to follow and tasted great - these meal are still my go to throughout the week. Virginia encouraged me to find out more about lipedema and speak with my GP, now I am diagnosed with lipedema. Since, I have attended one of Virginia's events, where got to learn more and meet others with lipedema. This was a great experience and has helped me make further decisions to improve my health. Whenever, I have had any questions, Virginia has been there and quickly replies. She takes the time to research and shares her honest opinion. Even when I had blood tests, I would send her the results and she would help me understand how to optimise my results. I would 100% recommend Virginia! She is so knowledgeable, understanding and truly wants to help others feel their best! Thank you Virginia!

I just finished a cholesterol management program with Ewa Ostapczuk and wanted to let you know very pleased I am. Ewa is an extremely nice, warm person to work with. She listens carefully to all of your concerns and addresses them throughout your time with her. I had expected that she would be just telling me what to eat and what to avoid, but the program was much more comprehensive than that. Having been dieting since I was 8 years old, I was burdened with more misconceptions and unhelpful dieting habits than I realized. When she told me I wasn't eating enough food, for example, I nearly feel off my chair. It was astonishing to realize that foods I had avoided as 'fattening' all of my life, such as nuts and avocados, are really good for me, or that I don't have to be hungry after meals. Fundamentally, through careful nutritional analysis, she showed me exactly where I was deficient in all nutrients, but especially protein. Then she gave me really clear guidelines on how to bring my nutritional profile into optimal balance. All of her suggested changes were easy to incorporate into my meal planning. I don't have to shop and cook endlessly (which I feared) or buy a bunch of food items I wouldn't normally have on the shelves. I just needed to learn what I was doing and why. In the month that we've been working together I've eaten more, enjoyed the meals more, cooked less, and felt better. And best of all, I'm not as afraid of food - calories -gaining weight or anything else that has dominated my eating habits my whole life. It's been revolutionary and liberating.

Amazing,he could see my mother was uncomfortable and nervous,he put her at ease and spoke to her in a friendly manner.he told her about his family and where he came from. My mother was afraid of the pain and he gave her an antiseptic injection to put her at ease and extra drops again.After the injection there was a little blood coming from the eye,he reassured her everything was ok.he got the eye cleaned up and got the nurses to patch up cover over the eye.
