I am a graduate of PCI College, where I earned a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, validated by Middlesex University. I am also an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

Kate also believes that each person has the inner resources needed to make meaningful changes in their life. Her role is to help clients identify, strengthen, and transform these existing skills into effective life strategies.

I would highly recommend kate as a therapist to anyone that needs someone to talk to . I wasn't in a good place and bottled family issues up for years until I finally decided to do something about it. Kate was so easy to talk to and I came out the other side a much better person ...thank you for everything .
5*, I would highly recommend. From the very first session, she created a space that felt safe, calm, and completely judgment-free. I’ve gained practical tools I use daily, but more importantly, I’ve gained peace and steadyness in myself. I feel like I’m moving forward instead of just coping. I would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate, and effective therapy. And will be back if I ever find myself needing support again.
Kate has been an excellent help for me and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during my sessions! She always knows exactly what I need.
Kate is a very attentive listener, who is able to present new knowledge and make connections of this information to my own experiences in a very friendly, informative manner.
I have been with Kate for the past couple of months and it has been a lovely experience ! The thoughts of opening up to someone about your life can be very challenging but Kate provides a very gentle friendly professional approach that eases the anxiety of sharing !
Kate helped me feel more confident. I was feeling depressed, but after a few months of therapy, I felt much better. She is a very nice and understanding person.
Excellent experience, Kate is great at making me feel heard and seen, while also actively giving feedback
Kate has been amazing. She has really helped with my recovery. She has help me understand how and why I’m feeling how I do. Which is an important part of healing. Helped me understand the emotions I’m feeling and how to control them. She has really helped me through this journey.
I wouldn’t be the person I am today without Kate. She has helped me through some of the hardest periods of my life with such kindness, patience, and understanding. I always feel heard, supported, and never judged. Working with her has genuinely changed me for the better. She creates such a safe space to talk, she listens with so much empathy and never makes me feel silly or dramatic. Therapy with her feels like a place where I can finally breathe and be honest. She makes me WANT to do the work and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I always leave Kate's sessions feeling like it was worthwhile. I like her forthrightness with me and while I don't always agree with her opinions of my situation, i completely trust her professionalism to try to unravel my issues. Always interesting and Kate has taught me so much about myself
