Dr Gordon is just wonderful. He made sure my daughter felt safe, comfortable and informed during the whole of her assessment. He explained everything and made sure she was in charge of what was going to happen, asking her what she preferred and how she wanted to do the assessment. He explained everything and gave her time to think and talk. We did not feel rushed or pressured. Dr Gordon has real empathy and is a real people person, he is genuinely interested in his patients and has a real passion for helping people. His passion for the area of psychiatry is obvious. The location of his office / clinic is welcoming and relaxed. It is easy to find and park. I would highly recommend Dr Gordon.

Everything about my experience with check4cancer was very positive. The nurse was very friendly and reassuring the whole time. She explained the appointment procedure and gave me all the relevant information needed, including a booklet on skin health. The clinic room was clean and comfortable. One lesion was photographed to be checked and sent off to be reported on. I received a letter within 5 days with results, future advice and screening.

I had my orthodontic treatment with Dr Ana Gaspar using the Spark aligner system at My Medyk in Ealing. She is an excellent orthodontist in London, very professional and caring, and explained every step clearly. The Spark aligners are comfortable and almost invisible – I am really happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Interesting meeting a psychiatrist that specialises in neurodivergent conditions. Certainly Dr Shaikh had a good understanding of the issues and potential causes. Though in my case the causes gave useful insight to the past, but tricky to adapt patterns of behaviour now. I wasn’t sure if Dr Shaikh was on the spectrum too.

After cancelling my root canal appointment 4 times, I arrived for my root canal to find out they had double booked the root canal kit and was informed I’d have to book another appointment. I did so, they have since cancelled again. This marks 5 cancelled appointments and 2 unsuccessful appointments in a 6 week period

Mr Theokli was very nice and 100% correct in his diagnosis. He listened to my symptoms and examined both tympanic membranes. Mr Theokli referred me to Hidden Hearing at Spencer Hospital for further tests. There, I was told I might need a hearing aid or other options. That is my position at the moment.

The practice was very well run - clean, calm, and efficient. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was handled promptly. I didn’t have to wait long, and the whole process from booking to being seen was smooth and straightforward. A really reassuring experience overall.

Recurrent UTI's - Dr. Yang was consulted after 2 years of seeing other Urologists. He was excellent at listening, understanding, restating and empathising. He was knowledgeable and gave me sufficient time with sufficient explanations. I am optimistic that we will find a solution soon.
