From the moment I stepped into La Belle Forme, I was impressed by how beautifully clean the clinic was, creating a professional and reassuring atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome right away. During my consultation, Dr. Lohana put my mind at ease instantly. His calm demeanor and extensive experience in reductions and scar treatment, which was crucial given my previous scarring history, gained my trust immediately. I knew in my heart that he was the right surgeon for the job. The results of the surgery have exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely blown away by the teeny tiny scars left behind, showcasing Dr. Lohana’s high skill and expertise. The aftercare at La Belle Forme was exceptional. Nurses Belinda, Tracey, and Roslyn were all wonderful. The clinic offers a 24/7 contact number for sending WhatsApp pictures and visiting nurses, which I found super reassuring. There was a minor hiccup during the first week post-op when I felt mentally and physically low and was assigned with a new nurse who seemed pre-occupied (looking back probably finding her feet in her new role), however this made me feel unsettled and worried in my state of mind at that time. However, La Belle Forme quickly resolved this, providing training to the new nurse and ensured going forward that my preferred nurse, Belinda, was at every follow-up, and even when she couldn’t be, she checked in, which I appreciated. They really did go over and above to ensure that I was comfortable. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lohana and La Belle Forme to others. I’ve already made recommendations, reflecting my high satisfaction with the entire experience.

My experience with Dr. Purohit has been absolutely excellent. I was sent to him by my gynaecologist in order to do egg freezing. The process can be really stressful and I had a bad experience when doing a first visit to a private clinic in the city (where I felt pressured and rushed). The experience was absolutely different with Dr. Purohit. He explained everything to me and at every moment I could feel that he always had my best interests in mind and was definitely not pushing me to do anything. I did 2 egg freezing cycles with him and both worked very well. During each cycle, Dr. Purohit was closely monitoring my reaction to the hormonal treatment and I could see that it couldn't have been done better. Besides, the whole team (nurses, anaesthetist etc.) was very skilled, helpful and always took the time to explain everything to me. I got as much information and advice as I needed and it was very easy to reach someone each time I had a question by phone or by email.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff and medics. Only one person was a bit passive aggressive because I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and said, re the blood issue, that I could die! I was having a knee replacement not heart surgery. My surgeon, Mr Oni was not concerned one bit so I thought the male member of staff's comment was a bit unnecessary. Jehovah's Witnesses are not dropping dead all over the place because of not accepting whole blood. He wasn't interested in my legally filled in JW "Blood Form." He dismissed it out of hand saying they had one of their own. He deliberately said that one of my answers contradicted another, when it clearly did not. I felt he was being sarcastically cheerful and friendly while obviously disapproving of my choices with my life.

I have been having a poor experience to this point through Quality Dental. I need some form of surgery for my tooth and have been passed from practice to practice with virtually no coordination between the various people I have seen, no follow-up to schedule subsequent appointments, appointments cancelled and failed promises to return calls to explain what the next steps are. Today's experience was much more positive, with clear guidance to allow me to make an informed choice and no deflecting from the poor performance of the company to date. I only hope that this will be followed up, as further consultations will be necessary before the surgery is finally decided on.

I was in for a Partial Knee Replacement, under Dr Pacheco. Without a doubt, my experience from first consultation through to surgery & finally after operation follow was outstanding, professional & of the highest standards. The nurses, the X-Ray dept staff, Reception staff, all involved.... incredible. The nures who cared before & after my op, brilliant & finally the service staff & Chef, the food & room was exceptional . A big thank you from me. St Hughes & it's staff are excellent. Again another thank you to Dr Pacheco, what a first class gent & a genius of a surgeon. Top notch from start to finish 10/10. Thank you very much.

Dr Mohammad Ghazavi

Dr Ghazavi is the first medical professional to actually test my skin for a) sensitivity and b) potential allergies. This is after seeing 8 other practitioners over the course of the previous 14 months. He explained what was happening with my skin and so far the teeatment seems to be working. He also recommended I avoid most of the other medicines prescribed in that period as they contain elements too strong for my sensitive skin. It was such a relief to speak with someone who seemed to understand straight away what was happening (although the root cause of the problem remains a mystery). Thank you Dr Ghazavi.

Sam Wilde has looked after me for over a decade. He has helped me to recover from surgery and several injuries to various limbs, enabling me to return to playing high impact sport at an elite level. He is a brilliant physiotherapist - incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. He is very good at listening to your needs and goals and factoring this into your rehabilitation programme. I trust his advice implicitly and would recommend him highly. I have recommended him to several teammates and friends, who have gone to see him - all of them have said he was excellent.

Mr Bahram Fakouri

I highly recommend Mr Fakouri, he listened carefully to whst I had to say, and delivered a calm and measured diagnosis, which proved correct after the MRI. Once the MRI result was in, I was booked into hospital within a few days to have my procedure. Within a couple of hours of the procedure being completed, my pain, which was excruciating was reduced to a dull ache. Have another couple of months of recovery through physio to follow but am very grateful to Mr Fakouri for the care and advice he provided and also how swiftly he delivered it.

I had time to myself to process stuff and time with both staff and peers. Accommodation and food etc peerless. No complaints. Environment and garden, flowers and trees beautiful addition to therapeutic environment and contributes to healing atmosphere of place which true to nature of 12 steps is spiritual as well as emotional and physical process.
