Ashleigh has been absolutely amazing in helping me gain my confidence back after suffering a car crash. I had Corinne as my therapist for around 3 months. She was brilliant and such a lovely person to talk to. She really helped me after my car crash and gave me some good exercises to do / use going forward.
Being able to feel no judgement to give my true emotions was an experience I never thought I’d enjoy or benefit from.
My experience with Donna Stevenson has been absolutely amazing, the patience and kindness she has shown me has made a world of difference in my recovery from anxiety, she is always on time and send out helpful worksheets after our appointments, this woman deserves an award!
I. There was a little technical issue on my part.I felt listened to and answered the questions. Donna is a very lively individual and made me feel welcome and gave me appropriate mindfulness and steps to use and a form to continue on with.
