I enjoyed the cbt it helped a lot

My therapist, Andrea, was incredible. She understood me and took my background and context into account. The techniques she shared genuinely helped me move into a different frame of mind. I can't thank her enough - I now feel equipped for the future!

I enjoyed chatting with Ashleigh she made me feel so relaxed. She encouraged me to self reflect lots and coping strategies were all doable nothing was really rocket science but she didn't make me feel silly for not already considering them.

For the last few months I have been seeing Andrea. She made me feel safe talking to her and helped me a lot. She gave me some good methods for my travel anxiety that work and I will continue to use. She’s a very warm and down to earth person and I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist to help me. I looked forward to my sessions and she genuinely helped me get better. I’m very grateful for all the help Andrea gave me and I will miss her.

I am very pleased overall with my mental health appointments. I meet online every two weeks using Google Meet, which works really well for me. I find the homework given to me very helpful, as it has helped me create effective coping strategies that allow me to think much more positively. I have also built a very positive relationship with Andrea, who has helped me every step of the way. I feel truly listened to and pointed in the right direction.

Lyn made me feel comfortable and a safe place to talk about feelings, really helped me improve my driving.
