I decided to go ahead . The operation went well . Mr Shalaby was attentive afterwards. He was always available via email to answer any questions and did so timeously. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery and a year later had my other foot done . Again Mr Shalaby took time to listen and explain . I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Shalaby .

As I reach the first anniversary of acquiring my new knee I appreciate Ms Scott's professionalism throughout including the pre and post op meetings, also her care pre and post op during the time in hospital. She explained clearly everything that was going to happen and was quick to respond to any queries I had during my recovery at home. Should I need a new procedure I would be happy to avail myself of her services again.
