Mr Savaridas was excellent in helping diagnose shoulder pain I had been suffering. He clearly set out the path to resolving my issue, providing me with options so I was able to stay in control of my rehab.

I’ve had a problem with my shoulder for over a year now. I’ve seen other consultants with lack of solution. However Dr Savaridas has made me feel so welcome, understood and has assured me that he will do everything he can to find a solution. His mannerisms and way of explaining what is happening is so clear and really helped me to think about next steps. A very thoughtful appointment he explained in detail and between us decided at the moment he would give me a nerve block with the option to come back at a later date if needed for a shoulder replacement.

Mr Savaridas carried out a needle fasciotomy on the little finger of my right hand. Apart from the initial prick of the anaesthetic needle, the procedure was painless. Mr Savaridas’ manner was friendly and professional, and he explained clearly the procedure, options and risks. I was thus completely confident that needle fasciotomy was the correct choice of treatment and in Mr Savaridas’ ability to carry out the procedure successfully. Now, some two weeks’ later, the surface skin is healed and I have good movement of the finger.
