I was terrified of having a knee replacement, but I had to have it done, as my quality of life was slipping me bye. Everyone at hospital was kind and considerate.

Mr Alanie was very welcoming and very thorough with explaining my case. Including options for treatment and their likely outcomes. It's made my decision making towards my own healthcare.

Because my knee operation was more complex than the normal one I was in a lot of pain to begin with. Mr Alanie explained to me the difference and that helped a lot. I am now walking well on the knee.

Mr Alanie is kind, polite, caring and explains everything in detail, and has a lovely manner towards his patients. I was quite nervous about the operation but he made me feel at ease and explained the pros and cons to allow me to make a informed decision as to whether or not surgery was th best option.
