Mr Mackenzie explained everything that had been done to repair my shoulder was able to put me at my ease he asked if I would go through it again if I had to I said yes as my shoulder felt a lot better after op
At my initial consultation, Mr Mackenzie assessed my shoulder, accessed my NHS X-ray and recommended an MRI followed by ultrasound guided Barbotage. I had a follow up phone call after the MRI to confirm the recommended treatment. Mr Mackenzie suggested options to reduce delay, which I appreciated.
Dr MacKenzie was very friendly, positive and communicated concisely.
I found Mr Mackenzie both sympathetic & practical in his approach from the initial consultation (Dec '25) to discharge day (Aug '26). He took time to understand my lifestyle & gave me valuable insight from personal experience of what to expect from the surgery & the subsequent rehab.
Mr Mackenzie explained things very well about my recovery and was pleased with my progress.
