Mr John Terrace

From my first meeting with John Terrace I felt totally at ease and in the hands of a true professional. His overall approach to my pending surgery put me at ease right away. He took time to explain the procedure from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and also explained the possible side effects of the surgery. His bedside manner was excellent before and after surgery. The follow up after surgery was just as clear with the awareness to take it easy and to contact his team if there was any concerns. Basically John Terrace did his job and provided me with the care and expertise that I hoped to get plus perhaps a bit more

I’ve had a few recent visits with Mr Terrace and every time he has been very kind, really reinforced that there are no bad questions and that I’m not being a nuisance (I’m quite self critical). When I came in for my operation, he was extremely polite and positive and just radiated confidence that gave me allot of confidence and relieved allot of fear. He went at a nice pace with explaining it, made sure I had all my questions answered and gave me a step by step of the the whole process of before, during and after the operation to really just help me make sure I knew what was going on. I’ve usually struggled having confidence and trust with doctors due to my diagnosed anxiety and autism, but something about Mr Terrace just makes that all go quiet and have full trust with him. Even from my first appointment in the early days of this case, right from the start he was very friendly, patient, gave full attention. He’s one of those rare doctors that make you feel like you’re not a burden or that you have to rush everything or you waste their time.

I was recently under Mr John Terrace's care to have gall bladder removal surgery. I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. There was great communication throughout the whole process and fantastic bedside manner. John included my wife in the discussion who was there with me and made sure we knew exactly what the process would involve, answered any questions I had about the procedure clearly and gave me all the information I needed regarding recovery time. The procedure went very well and my recovery was exactly as John explained it would be. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment today with Dr John Terrace, I was feeling apprehensive about the appointment but straight away he put me to ease and explained everything about the surgery in language I clearly understood. I felt at ease and clearly understood the benefits and risks of the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr John Terrace.

Mr Terrace was very welcoming and professional. He explained clearly what the potential issue was and the options to investigate this. The visit went very well and any questions I had were explained very clearly. I left the appointment feeling positive that the reason for my symptoms would be found and the best treatment would result. The next stage of the investigation was explained clearly.

John was very good to deal with. He listened to my concerns and was very good at explaining what to expect from the procedure .
