All my interactions with Mr Terrace were first rate. At the outset he explained the operation very clearly and gave me reason for great confidence in himself. The operation was straightforward. All the staff at Spire were helpful, considerate and very efficient which made the day unstressful and easy. All the timings were as indicated in advance and, as someone unused to hospital, everything less daunting than I had expected. Anaesthesia was efficient and recovery from it easy. It was surprising to be comfortable to go home only a few hours after arrival. Mr Terrace and his team managed the whole intervention superbly.

Mr John Terrace immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. He explained the procedure and the rationale for doing what he proposed in a very easy to understand way. He was professional reassuring and friendly.

This appointment was my first experience of attending Spire Murrayfield. It was overall handled extremely well by Mr John Terrace.
