EIxcellent I felt well looked after with confident staff who answered any questions in a friendly manner.

Pleasant, efficient and helpful.

Post op information sheets be given/explained before procedure so patient more prepared. Again I would have preferred a similar booklet to Vision Scotland. Too much medication given which had to be binned. Telephone communication be improved. Medication difficult to apply.
