Very professional, reassuring and empathetic

Mark has a great blend of friendliness , and professional clarity. The procedure was so well done in a relaxing atmosphere. I feel very grateful to Mark for his charming manner and expertise.

Mr Zola Mzimba was absolutely brilliant in explaining everything to me and was very professional yet very mannerly ,I had a bleed the night of my surgery and he took time to phone me and direct me on what to do and then phoned again later to check that everything was ok , we were extremely grateful for that especially when he had been doing surgeries all day . I wish all doctors could be as good as he is.

He is very professional and pleasant And put me at ease by explaining my procedure and giving me the opportunity to ask lots of questions.This was very reassuring and I would highly recommend his services .

Mr Lewis explained the procedure beforehand and during the procedure. He answered any queries that I had. Afterwards I received an email from him to remind me how long to wear the dressings and how long to wear the compression stocking afterwards. All good.

Dr Al-Kari was very professional .He listened to what I had to say and he was sensitive to my concerns and he gave clear responses to my questions Dr Al-Kari explained what diagnostic tests I required and once had the results he explained them fully and took great detail and explanation of the procedure I required and made sure I was understanding Of my procedure Same with on day of my procedure was fully explained again .Great follow Up after procedure . I am now pain free and can’t recommend Mr Al-Kari bight enough
