Mr Shearer quickly put me at ease at my initial consultation, after identifying the issue he went through the process and expected outcome of my surgery and recovery. My post op follow up was also reassuring and the opportunity to contact him on any lingering issue that may arise was appreciated.

Dr Shearer is kind, attentive and very thorough. Listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in terms I could understand. Arranged tests promptly and provided clear follow up information. I would thoroughly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again if necessary.

I was treated professionally and efficiently by Mr Shearer and nursing staff and very pleased with the results of my procedure as scars very minimal and not noticeable 😁

The whole experience was smooth and well supported all the way through my surgery.. Mr Shearer was there at every step. Any concerns I had in recovery from my surgery was dealt with quickly and with great understanding. Had complete faith in Mr Shearer from start to finish.

Mr Shearer was welcoming, putting me at ease. He explained the results of my tests and we discussed the progression from there. He was open to my questions and took time to answer all I asked. He made the experience pleasant and took the worry out of the appointment.

Excellent professional and caring approach. Discussed options for repair of an inguinal hernia and jointly decided on a robotic approach. Excellent surgical outcome- walking that evening and up and about the next day. Fully convalesced within 2 weeks and back to heavy lifting in 4. Even though my LIH was repaired (open) 20 years ago this was quicker, more comfortable and better recovery.

Mr shearer was very professional and took the time to listen to me and go through all my symptoms. He explained my scan results to me so I understood them. I left feeling very reassured.

Chris Shearer id an absolute gem of a man. He has been an amazing support through my personal troubles and his care and knowledge in helping me through my difficulties with my band has left me with nothing but admiration and faith that he has my best interests at heart. Thanks Chris John

Mr Shearer performed wonderfully and is a great success. Very approachable as well all the staff throughout ,nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness was paramount and it was very clean . I was involved in decisions and choices when appropriate.
