Dr. Robbie McNeil

Dr. Robbie McNeil is a Consultant Haematologist. He qualified from the University of Glasgow in 2006, having also completed a 2-year intercalated degree in Immunology. During his postgraduate training in the West of Scotland, Dr. McNeil worked in a range of both city and district general hospitals, gaining broad medical experience before specialising in Haematology.

Dr. McNeil has a broad clinical interest in clinical and laboratory haematology and is an expert in the often complex nature of diagnosis in haematology. His clinic has a focus on providing outpatient assessment and clinical opinions for patients, in addition to consultant follow-up where necessary to enable good continuity of care. He is happy to discuss options available to patients with them directly in clinic.

Dr. McNeil graduated MBChB in 2006 from the University of Glasgow. During his undergraduate training, he also did a 2-year intercalated BSc (Hons) degree in Immunology in 2004. He won an Otago scholarship to study in Dunedin, New Zealand, in 2005. Dr. McNeil is a member of the British Society for Haematology and the European Hematology Association.
