Excellent - very professional and explained my issue in great detail. I’m now hopeful we can get to route of my pain and get a resolution.
Everything was explained clearly and procedures carried out caringly and professionally
Hugely positive experience from start to finish. I was an incredibly nervous patient and both Eileen and Mr Oliphant were amazing at addressing my worries and explaining the procedure. It’s rare to say a hospital stay was a positive experience but this really was. I felt I was in very safe hands from initial consultation to hearing from Mr Oliphant after the procedure. On the day, the process was like clockwork, all explained and knew what to expect and when. Would highly recommend this amazing team.
I had a very positive experience overall. The consultant took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms, my medical history, and the reasons behind my referral. I felt that he genuinely considered everything I explained before discussing the next steps. He provided thorough, clear explanations throughout the appointment, so I left with a full understanding of why certain tests and procedures were being recommended. This gave me confidence in the plan and helped me feel informed and reassured. Most importantly, he made me feel comfortable, listened to, and respected throughout the consultation. I really appreciated his professional, compassionate approach and would highly recommend him.
I attended Mr Oliphants clinic and was treated very well. Mr Oliohant has a great manner and explains everything so you understand. The treatment i have received during clinic visits and procedures has been amazing. Thank you for all your help.
Mr Oliphant was excellent, he gave very clear explanations of what he was going to do and his findings. He was reassuring and professional throughout my consultation and gave clear instruction as to the next steps.
I would recommend Mr Raymond Oliphant with complete confidence for anyone looking for an excellent surgeon for a rare spigelian hernia. He did a pain free robotic procedure for me, which resulted in a normal recovery. He is a warm, considerate , caring professional, who exudes confidence and nothing iappears to be too much trouble. He also provides you with a written update before and after the procedure. We would recommend him to friends and family without any hesitation.
