My concerns where put to rest after an examination, mammogram and discussion with Mr Elder
I had the pleasure of being treated by Kenny after my oncologist, Olga, recommended and referred me to him to remove a breast lump, pre cancerous cells and lymph nodes. From our very first meeting, Kenny was incredibly approachable, down to earth and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything he was recommending and why, ensuring I fully understood the procedure and felt comfortable every step of the way. Throughout my treatment he remained in regular contact with my oncologist, so I always felt confident that they were working closely together and that my care was completely coordinated. One thing that really stood out was how positive Kenny was throughout my treatment. At such a worrying time in my life his optimism, encouragement and reassurance made a huge difference. He always gave me confidence and hope, which made me face everything with a much more positive mindset. Before my surgery Kenny explained exactly what would happen, and his knowledge, confidence and expertise immediately put me at ease. The morning after my operation he came to check on me personally and continued to keep in touch afterwards to see how I was recovering. Knowing I could message him at anytime with questions or concerns gave me enormous reassurance during my recovery. Kenny is an exceptionally skilled surgeon. Following my surgery my oncologist told me that I had been treated by the best surgeon there is, and I can honestly see why. His professionalism, compassion, expertise and genuine care for his patients are outstanding. He is approachable, highly knowledgeable, and tr...

Mr. Elder has an excellent bed side manner. He explains what is the issue clearly and what can be done to move the situation forward.. I trust his advice completely.
Mr Elder straight away put me at ease, with his charming chat about where I live & his kind caring manner. He explained things clearly & was clear to point out that I would not be wasting his time if I felt a need to come back -better to have piece of mind.
My symptoms were just a general but persistent soreness, but no lump or anything that would normally put you on notice to get a mammogram. Mr Elder has an immediate, calming demeanour and is highly professional - with a clear, plain English communication style so there is no doubt regarding the medical checking process you’ll go through. The practice - from the receptionist to the medical professionals who scan and read results - answered and helped with genuine care and expertise. I left feeling highly reassured and completely at ease.
