From my initial appointment to my hip operation everything went very quickly and smoothly. Mr McPherson was very professional and friendly which helped put me at ease. I was admitted on the 6 th of may for bilateral hip replace .. the care given to me has been amazing .. i was talked throufh each step and I am recovering well .. thankyou to everyone who has treated me and helped with me .
I had my left hip replaced by Mr Macpherson over 5 years ago and was so happy I decided to return to him for the other one. I was not disappointed. He gave very clear explanations of the options so that I could make the right decision, was friendly and professional throughout. Surgery went very well and I’m extremely happy with my care, especially as I have numerous medication intolerances and allergies. Mr Macpherson has called to see me each day in hospital to answer questions. I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend him very highly!
Mr Macpherson and his team were fantastic. Provided a plan and regular updates, made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and knew what to expect. This allowed me to keep calm and prepare myself for the procedure. Post procedure I was given updates on how it went, reassurance and chance to ask more questions. I can’t fault the service provided by Mr Macpherson.
Mr Macpherson is a really nice, genuine, caring consultant and I found the whole experience very professional, well handled and completely reassuring, thanks.
