Mr Carter was excellent!!. from my first appointment with him and his team. He explained every detail about my foot reconstruction Operation. From the start to where I am now post op 6 weeks. His professional approach and also his kindness he took the time to put my mind at ease.

Thank you for the feedback. It is a big operation, so it's important you understand all the details and more importantly what recovery is going to look like. Look forward to catching up again soon.
Mr Carter was very professional and open about my ankle replacement. He understood my concerns and was very helpful at overcoming my claustrophobia concerns about the procedure and subsequent plastercast encasement and wearing a moonboot. He took time to carefully explain what he was going to do.

Thank you for the feedback. Hopefully you are more comfortable now in a trainer/supportive shoe.
I am on my second checkup following my successful ankle surgery by Dr Carter and his team. The guidance and support for each stage following my surgery has been clear, positive and friendly with no pages left unturned which has made healing and getting back to normal so much easier...thank you

Thanks for the feedback. I am delighted to hear your arthritis pain has improved so quickly after a fusion. Hopefully you continue to improve further.
Mr Carter is an excellent communicator. He explains everything in detail and never makes you feel like you're concerns aren't listened to thoroughly. He explained clearly with compassion what the future may hold. Excellent Surgeon.

Thank you for the kind feedback. All patients should get the time they need to discuss any concerns. These are big decisions to make. Hopefully its a long time before you need me again!
My experience was good the doctor fully explained what is happening and how he plans to fix it

Thank you for the positive feedback.
My experience of operation from start to finish was excellent from the initial consultation that I was told that the time limit limits and how long would it take for the operation to come through was extremely extremely accurate If I had to say one thing an uncle operation is effectively pretty sore But game changer for me with this time was when they gave me a nerve block in the back of the knee and which I really didn't feel any pain for about the first 72 hours which was completely different from my initial operation we are the first 24 hours were extremely painful and we're on two different types of painkillers but as I say my experience was excellent
I was put at ease from the start of my appointment Everything was explained in detail as to what was going to happen with my operation
Upon first meeting Mr Carter he was very friendly putting me at ease straight away. His professional manner and matter of fact attitude was first class.I Was informed of the options for my condition and was able to make an informed decision at consultation.
Everything was explained well, felt very at ease with Mr Carter . I'm just hoping the operation will be done very soon
Very good experience meeting Mr.Carter Diagnosis and prognosis I was wanting to hear.
