Really positive attitude and a very nice person. Answered all my questions. Clear passion for the job and her patients. One of the best consultants I’ve ever dealt with. Something unexpected came up in an X-ray that I didn’t know about from previous ones. I felt this wasn’t fully addressed as much as it maybe could’ve been. It threw a bit of a spanner in the works in terms of what I knew about my injury already (which I’m anxious about). I am however very grateful she was the only one of a few doctors to eventually spot it while others had missed it! Appreciate a follow up letter is on its way and that this may clarify matters. Was reassured her door was always open for any issues which was very positive given NHS waiting times etc.

I have a Dupuytrens contracture and chose Miss Phillips to assess and potentially treat my condition based on her Circle Healthcare resume. She carefully outlined my hand situation and the options available to me at my clinic visit and within 2 weeks of that visit undertook needle fasciotomy on my hand. I'm happy with the outcome and know that she is highly skilled in dealing with a Dupuytrens contracture. I am medically qualified and took a punt on Miss Phillips dealing with my condition as I don't have any hand surgeon acquaintances to advise me. Despite this I am happy with my punt and specifically with the way I have been assessed and treated by Miss Phillips.

Was given a description in detail as to what will happen on the day and what to do on the lead up to said operation. Every question was answered and for my first operation, I was very happy with the way it went
