I attended the Lanarkshire Private Clinic on the 7th of July for an MRI scan as they were able to give me an appointment with only a couple of days notice while Ross Hall Hospital and Clinic had a waiting list of a number of weeks. The Clinic itself is located in the main stand of Hamilton FC so is easy to find and this also comes with the benefit of there being a lot of free parking outside the clinic. The clinic itself is very impressive, being very clean with a high level of decor. Every member of staff that I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful which gave the clinic a very pleasant, relaxed feel. After a very brief bit of admin I was taken through to the MRI suite where Eleanour and Charlotte explained the whole process to me and made me very comfortable, before carrying out my MRI. They made sure that the best results were obtained, redoing one of the scans where I may have moved slightly. This great level of service was continued through the analysis of my results, with me receiving a very detailed and thorough report on my scan later that afternoon. This really helped me with progressing the next stage of my treatment quickly. Subsequent interactions regarding my health insurance that I had with Emily were also conducted in an extremely friendly manner. From my experience I can’t rate the Lanarkshire Health Clinic and their staff highly enough. Eleanor, Charlotte and Emma were all so kind and patient. Eleanor made me feel so at ease as I was really anxious about having an MRI but she calmed my nerves and didn't rush me. Emma took my bloods and I have never had my bloods taken as seamlessly before, not even a scratch. All of the staff were welcoming and the environment is very comfortable.

Never had an MRI scan before but all 3 girls put me at ease immediately and were very welcoming. The scan was very loud but with ear buds in and earphones on, I actually snoozed off !
