Mr Iain D M Brown is clear in his explanations and communication with patients. He demonstrates expertise in treating shoulder problems, performing thorough examinations, administering steroid injections, and conducting surgery. Mr Brown guides patients through treatment options, ensuring they feel at ease and achieve pain relief. Some patients mention that consultations can feel hurried. His focus often addresses common orthopaedic issues such as rotator cuff injuries.
Iain Brown is what I would say the ultimate professional, fully transparent with all information and has an excellent bedside manner which is what all doctors should strive to deliver
The only thing that I did not like was the length of time I had to wait for the MRI result.

I’m sorry but I don’t have control over MRI scans and when they get done. We are acquiring a new MRI scanner and area which should make this much better. Thank you for the feedback.
Mr Brown explained diagnosis very well indeed and the steps taken to resolve my shoulder issue ina clear and concise manner.
As always very helpful, knowledgeable and looking for the best outcome for patient. Always wiling to answer questions or concerns honestly.
Mr Brown is a very pleasant surgeon and extremely competent. He managed to repair tendons in my shoulder which previously were told were irreparable. His secretary is excellent and responding to my queries to Mr. Brown and both have been very patient with me. His matter is very pleasant and was good at sharing details of my operation and answering questions. He has a good sense of humour which often is lacking in surgeons! I am happy for Mr. Brown to view my comments.

Thank you for your vote of confidence!
No issues at all, very easy to communicate with, and listened to any concerns or comments

Thank you for your feedback.
I have twice had a consultation with Mr Iain Brown. I found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

Thank you!
Apart from the half hour wait I was very impressed.

Apologies for the wait. It can happen but not too often with staggered X-rays etc.
Open approach, ensuring that recommendations were clearly explained and questions welcomed.

Thank you for your feedback
