Excellent first appointment, on time and very informative. Explained the procedure very clearly and succinctly, answered all my questions. On day of operation he saw me to explain the procedure and ask if I had any final questions before the operation. My only issue, and it is a minor issue, he did not visit post op to explain if everything had gone according to plan and there was no issues. I admit this was on the report to my GP, but it would have been reassuring in person.
