Spire Yale Hospital

My recent hospital visit was a positive experience from start to finish. The welcoming, friendly and professional staff made me feel at ease right away. The doctors nurses and other healthcare professionals were caring attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly. This made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my stay. The hospital was clean well organised and the staff worked hard to ensure patients received kind dignified and respectful care. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone

All members of staff where excellent so carering and attention to detail

Had day procedure. Good support throughout the day and on discharge. Guidance given for post procedure should have included how to get in and out of bed and a chair.

The hospital was really clean and the room I was in on the day of my operation had good facilities. Catering options offered were really good

My overall experience at Spire was fabulous. All the staff were absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. The anaesthetist was wonderful and took the time to explain everything to me which really helped put me at ease. Mr Clerk had also clearly explained what he was going to do so I felt reassured and confident that I was in safe hands. I cannot praise the whole team enough for their kindness, professionalism and support throughout my journey.

I was impressed with Spire Yale hospital particularly the excellent & friendly staff. One nurse called Jane at Chesney Court deserves a special mention. She removed my sutures after my operation. What a friendly & reassuring lady she was. An asset to your team.
