I had a bartholin cyst removed by Dr Clerk a few days ago, he was absolutely fantastic. He listened to all of my concerns, wishes and questions with the utmost respect and genuine kindness. I asked him to explain the procedure step by step to me and he had no problem doing so and was happy to calm my nerves. I also couldn’t help but notice how friendly and respectful he was towards the other two staff members by his side. If I ever (hopefully not) had this issue again, I would hope to be treated by Nick. Thankyou for making me comfortable and confident in what I was worried would be the opposite :)
