Overall it was a very good experience and I’m very happy with the result of my procedure. The only slight downside was the appointments’ system as there was quite a wait for both the initial consultation & follow-up. The hot chocolate on offer helped! I would however, take up his services again, if needed.
I had a short wait before I saw Dr Awad. My eye was examined and he gave me the all clear. The whole experience was informative and comforting. I am very happy with the procedure and congratulate Dr Awad and his team.
The Eyes Outpatient clinics are always very busy... But normally various tests will be done on the same visit..so be prepared to be there a while.. but the staff and the surgeon's are lovely and my experience in theatre was excellent.. everything was explained and carried out with care and professionalism
My wife had cataracts removed from both eyes by Mr Awad. He was excellent in every respect .

I had cataract surgery in both eyes, recently. I wasn't looking forward to the procedure, but it went so well. I was reassured by Mr John Awad's professionalism and his gentleman's manner. I would highly recommend him .
