I was super impressed with my overall experience with Spire regency Macclesfield and especially with Mr. Menon. Thank you both.

I was seen promptly throughout my diagnosis and treatment. There was a pleasant atmosphere and attention to detail. The only negative is lack of parking space which is a problem when you have mobility issues.

The hospital is always clean. The staff are amazing and always do whatever they can for you. Everyone is polite even when busy.

I cannot fault any of the staff, everyone was professional and caring.

I live very close to the hospital so usually walk there, the car park can seem quite busy at times. Self check in on iPad, but friendly receptionist at hand. Pleasant and comfortable waiting area. All nursing staff are lovely to deal with and reassuring. I was seen straight away with no wait in either waiting area. All together good experience.

I was discharged around 23.40, and advised to keep my wrist elevated. I was not offered a sling or given any advice on how to make my own.
