The staff are pleasant and helpful at Spire Regency. On occasion the parking can sometimes be a problem but on the whole, the hospital has a relaxed feeling about the place so it doesn’t feel like a general hospital which relaxes me.

The reception staff could not be more helpful. The nurses were extremely attentive and caring. The physio team are excellent and the consultants are very proficient.
