Mr Say Aun Quah

Mr Quay was recommended by my optician at Alton Murphy. He explained possible treatments clearly and honestly. Time was given to think about the treatment before deciding and no pressure given either. Communication was easy via email or phone, and any quiries answered within hours. During treatment he explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. My lens replacement treatment has changed my life, and am thankfull that I trusted Mr Quay.

Mr Quah and his team were very courteous, kind and friendly. All appointments were on time. A very successful procedure and I am very pleased with the outcome, namely I can now see very very much better than before the procedure.

I recently received treatment from Mr Say Aun Quah and was extremely pleased with the care I received throughout my experience. I had my follow up appointment last week with Mr Quah after right eye lens replacement surgery and I am extremely happy with the result. I had left eye lens replacement carried out by Mr Quah eight years ago and was so impressed by his manner, expertise and skill that he was the only surgeon I considered when the sight in my right eye deteriorated. He took the time to go through all the options with me and identified an issue with my left eye. He suggested some minor treatment for that (which did help to some extent) before resorting to surgery, The whole experience was positive. I had reason to speak with Mr Quah’s secretaries, Amanda and Helen, on several occasions and they were always pleasant, receptive, helpful and responsive. The nursing, theatre and ancillary staff on the day of the surgery were reassuring, friendly and attentive. I’m thrilled with my “new” eyes and it is great not to have to hunt around the house for a pair of glasses before reading a label or instructions! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Quah to anyone who needs an eye consultation and/or surgery.

Mr Quay is marvellous due to having very small pupils which made surgery more complicated he was still able to keep me happy and relaxed throughout the procedure. I was pleased to see him yesterday in my follow up appointment where he was very pleased with the results as I am too. I cannot express how much a difference it has made to me to have perfect vision after so long without and now being able to drive, read and even three a needle without the need for glasses. It is impossible to express how much it has meant to me and I would highly recommend everyone to see Mr Quay not only is he the best at his skills in eye surgery but he is also kind and considerate person a real gentleman.

My treatment by the staff and Mr Quah was excellent. He has a lovely bedside manner and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing his expertise. He makes you feel that you are in good hands and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Extremely efficient, successful and satisfying

Mr Say Aún Quah was extremely friendly and instantly put me at ease. Despite all my research, I was very nervous about having the surgery but he explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions thoroughly. He took his time with me and I felt in safe hands. All the staff were very professional including the optometrist.

Mr Quah was very friendly and offered the required laser after the initial review on 1st visit so problem was immediately corrected. excellent service
