I found Mr Bhalla after my first septorhinplasty operation didn’t go to plan. Unfortunately there were several things wrong with my nose post operation. Mr Bhalla was recommended by 2 surgeons, my previous surgeon actually recommended him to me once it became obvious I’d lost faith in him after my original operation. I had a consultation with Mr Bhalla where he explained what was wrong and how he could thankfully help improve all my problems. I went away to think about everything and then had a final free of charge consultation where we went over my expectations and I was then booked in for my revision surgery. It now exactly a week after my operation with Mr Bhalla and I’ve just had my splints and protective cast removed. All the things that were wrong after my first operation have been greatly improved. I’m obviously very swollen but the level of skill and care is already evident, this is a surgeon at the absolute top of his game but also the most lovely humble man you could ever wish to meet. My operation was a challenge and I’m so grateful he took it on, I genuinely felt he wanted to help me from the start and knew he could make a difference to my life. I suffer from Sleep Apnea which is why this operation was so important to me, my life was literally depending on it. I was nervous after been let down last time but I needn’t of been, Mr Bhalla is in a league of his own and unbelievably skilled. Had a great experience with Dr Bhalla who I saw for muffled/ itchiness in one of my ears - he examined both eases and explained the possible problem based on my symptoms and possible solutions. Felt like I had a good plan coming away from the appointment.
