experience was good though there was a dripping tap in my room which was reported but not fixed
The nurses were friendly and efficient. The physiotherapy staff were particularly kind and helpful. The hospital is easy to find and there is lots of free parking. The private room I had was large and airy with private bathroom and there is a TV with digital channels. I have a comfortable stay.
We were seen very promptly at spire Manchester and the facilities are clean, comfortable and easy to find. All the staff were very helpful on arrival and during our visit.
Medical care excellent. Finance department not quite as good .
10 out of 10 Extremely efficient from reception to final consultation. Everything including toilets was spotless. The staff were very pleasant with a smile on their face. (Actually enjoy working there). I had no problems at all, only very positive feedback to give.
