Professor Bhatti was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and put me at ease immediately. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured my understanding. I have had a similar treatment with Professor Bhatti previously, so felt reassured that I was in the best possible hands. I would 100% recommend him to others.

Very friendly and professional. Took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions. Took it one step at a time and explained each step as he was doing it. Professor Bhatti’s colleague on the day was also excellent, taking the time to come to the waiting room to speak to me, having done my X-ray in the morning. I really couldn’t fault the whole process. A brilliant team.
