Great patient car e and service. The treatment I was given was successful and well worth it.

I had reconstructive septorhinoplasty done by Mr Ranganathan at spire Manchester and I am delighted with my results. I had a deviated septum and one side of my nose/nostril had basically collapsed due to a lack of cartilage. Everything was explained to me from the first appointment and I was given time to think about it and come back as it was a major surgery with donor cartilage grafts needed to rebuild the nose. The surgery was complex and took 4 hours but it was worth it as what Mr Ranganathan managed to achieve has been amazing. I longer have a crooked nose, my nostrils are far more symmetrical and I can now breathe through both sides which I could not before surgery. Very happy with the results and overall care I revived.

Dr Ranganathan could not have been more professional, helpful and at the same friendly and understanding. He and his secretary/team went beyond to ensure my procedure was done as quickly as possible even with the unforeseen circumstances we faced. The result so far has been better than I anticipated and I thank him also for his skill and expertise.

I had to have a complex open septo-rhinoplasty and Mr Ranganathan was thorough and king in the process. I had to enter a&e a few days after surgery due a slight hiccup in recovery, but he came and saw me despite it not being the hospital where I had surgery. The actual surgery went very well and his post op care was excellent. Highly recommend.

My son suffers from parosmia since he contracted Covid 8 months ago. This affects his mental health and general wellbeing. Dr Ranganathan examined his nose, mouth, sinuses and throat and reassured my son that there was no infection of any kind. He then explained to him that the foul smell he is experiencing comes from the fact that his olfactory nerves were damaged and when they tried to grow back, they didn’t connect in the correct way in his brain. That reassured him a lot. Dr Ranganathan was very understanding and very helpful.

Dr Ranganathan was excellent and very considerate. everything was on point and the aftercare advice was great.

the service and care i received was great and after 4 weeks the results of the surgery are already very promising.
