About Mr Bas Ranganathan
I am a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon based at Manchester Royal Infirmary. I treat a wide range of ENT conditions both in adults and children. I have a specialist interest in managing nasal and sinus conditions including functional & cosmetic rhinoplasty, and nasal reconstruction following removal of skin cancer and trauma.
After completing my higher surgical training in otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat), I undertook further subspecialist training in rhinology (nose and sinuses) and facial plastic surgery at Manchester Royal Infirmary, Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital, London and Lisbon. I had the opportunity to learn the art of rhinoplasty surgery from some of the best facial plastic surgeons in the world. I believe in providing individualised care and I tailor the treatment plan according to the needs and preferences of the patients.
