We had a very positive experience with Spire Healthcare for our child’s tonsillectomy. From the moment we arrived through to discharge, the level of care from all staff was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and professional, which really helped put us at ease during what could have been a stressful time. The facilities were also impressive — the room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the refreshments provided, which were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The whole process felt smooth and well-organised, including a quick and efficient discharge after the surgery. Overall, we felt very well looked after and would not hesitate to recommend Spire Healthcare to others.

I recently had surgery at Spire Manchester and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I received from start to finish. Every single member of staff was outstanding — professional, compassionate, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, no matter how big or small the request. From the initial consultations through to the surgery and recovery, I felt completely supported and reassured at every stage. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine kindness shown by everyone made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier to deal with. I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend Spire Manchester to anyone needing treatment.

When I had my left hip replaced, the service from the team was phenomenal, i appreciate how clean and professional the team were. I am so thankful to be able to have this service and care.
