Excellent service polite and attentive staff

Best hospital we have been. Very clean environment , modern, good food. Staff lovely and caring Plus no issue getting a free car park space. Also well organised arranging COVID-19 test prior to procedure

A great experience, even in difficult times due to Covid-19. Any parent would be apprehensive about their child having an operation, but this was heightened with the ongoing pandemic. However, everything at the Spire Manchester was done in such a way as to put you at ease. All the staff were fantastic, especially the paediatric nurses who were great with my young son, and who also made us very comfortable when we had to stay in over night.

Every member of staff you speak to is friendly and helpful. I was concerned about having to visit a hospital during the pandemic but the place was immaculate each time I visited and the staff were obviously taking matters seriously. The booking and payment processes are both very simple and staff are very knowledgable.
