My wife escorted me when we attended an arranged appointment with My Machin on 24th January 2024 in Wrexham. He was courteous, extremely efficient and dealt with my medical problem satisfactorily. A lot of preconceived theories were explained fully and both my wife and myself were relieved with his diagnosis which has now been conveyed to my GP practice for further ongoing treatment.

I had an Achilles Tendon injury. The treatment Mr Machin prescribed worked and my Achilles Tendon is a lot better. Mr Machin is a nice bloke, and was very fair with the cost of the treatment. I would definitely recommend him and return if I had other injuries.

What a refreshing experience to attend an appointment with such an approachable doctor. Mr Machin made me feel at ease immediately, he explained my condition and we had a very full conversation as to the way forward. He went out of his way with a solution to assist me with paperwork with my Insurance Company, so yes, first class service and a ten out of ten from me.

I really liked that Mr Machin treated me with respect and patience and had a very pleasant approach. He was very thorough in explaining what was going on with my foot. It may only be a ‘minor issue’ that little can be done about, other than possibly speeding up the process a little. I didn’t feel like a bother during nor after the consultation. I felt understood, my feet are terribly important to me, in work and in my active personal life and this is something other clinicians didn’t acknowledge. This was important to me.
