The clinic was easy to find and there was ample parking. The staff were friendly and we were seen promptly. The waiting room is beautifully decorated and so very clean. We were also sent useful appointment reminders

The Grange has a very calming feel about it & all the staff made me feel very much at ease the minute I walked through the door, I never felt rushed and l was treated with the uttermost respect. Everything I needed to know was explained to me in this very modern and well equipped clinic & Ms Harper-Makin answered all my questions and concerns regarding my procedure I am still in the early recovery phase from my surgical procedure, but so far I am absolutely delighted with the results. I can only but highly recommend The Grange, as their care was exceptional & they also offer a wide range of treatments and procedure. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using this clinic again.

I came here for a mini procedure following a consultation at Nuffield with Miss Harper Machin, the clinic is beautiful, clean and the girls who work there are so friendly and always there for a nice chit chat to put you at ease. Throughout my procedure and checkups it was always very professional and made to feel comfortable.

The team are very friendly and put you at your ease. Nurse Sarah is lovely and very gentle giving profilo injections. We had a good chat and a laugh. See you all in 6 months. Best wishes Eileen.
