Miss Parneet Gill

Miss Parneet Gill is a highly skilled Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic surgeon with a focus on skin cancer, laser surgery, and facial aesthetic surgery. Her practice encompasses both the NHS and private sectors, offering a wide range of specialised services.

In her NHS practice, based at St Helens Hospital within the STHK NHS Trust, Miss Gill is a part of one of the two plastic surgery-led Mohs units in the UK. She specialises in Mohs surgery for skin cancers. Additionally, she performs intricate facial surgery, including oculoplastic reconstruction, upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), open brow lifts, facelifts, and neck lifts.

Miss Gill's laser practice is highly regarded, and she receives tertiary referrals for various skin concerns, such as acne scarring, vascular malformations, burns scarring, keloid/hypertrophic scarring, congenital lesions, benign lesions, rhinophyma, and skin rejuvenation. She combines laser treatments with personalised skincare routines to optimise results for each patient.

After graduating from the University of Birmingham Medical School in 2007, Miss Gill completed her postgraduate surgical training at various prestigious institutions across the UK. She underwent subspecialty fellowships in oculoplastic surgery, laser procedures, Mohs surgery, and aesthetics. She has participated in international observerships and fellowships in prominent medical centres around the world, including the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and India.

Miss Gill completed a Leadership for Surgeons Course at Harvard University in Boston, USA, and currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Mohs Special Interest Advisory Group (SIAG) group.
