From start to finish a very positive experience. Mr Hunter explained all my options before I chose to have a full knee replacement. I was well informed with both verbal conversations and written explanations. Aftercare was exceptional and felt I was listened too and my opinion mattered. Mr Hunter is very personable and put me at ease throughout the procedure.

I had a very welcoming and efficient process while going through my hip replacement operation recently. Despite being anxious (this was my first major operation) I received very good care from the whole team and was relaxed about being discharged the next day. I am happy to say I have made a quick recovery and was fully supported by ongoing physiotherapy from the NHS provider. Thank you

As ever, Mr Hunter was pleasant and open, a good listener as well as a good questioner who made helpful enquiries to establish how I was doing. He examined my surgical wound, and showed me the original x-ray of my hip joint, and an x-ray of my new hip replacement. He responded helpfully to my questions about some problems I'd had post-op. He was happy to "sign me off" but also offered ongoing support if I had any concerns about my new hip.

I have known Tom since he started his practice locally. He is a very good clinician and a colleague. I have seen first hand how he deals with his patients with compassion, patience and empathy when he operated on a relative of mine. Technically he is very sound in both elective and trauma surgery. His speciality is Arthroplasty surgery and he is a very competent hip and knee surgeon. I am delighted to write this reference for Tom and wish him the best best in years to come.
