Mr Asad Syed

Mr Asad Syed is a Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon with over three decades of experience in the treatment foot and ankle problems. He sees private patients at the Nuffield Health Grosvenor Hospital and the Spire Yale Hospital.

He gained his primary medical qualification in 1987 and went on to train at the renowned Jimmys Hospital in Leeds, Yorkshire. During his time at Jimmy's Hospital, Dr Syed became interested in foot and ankle surgery and went on to complete his fellowship at Arrow Park Hospital in Wirral. Upon completion of his training, he was appointed Consultant at the Wrexham Maelor Hospital. He specialises in sports injuries including achilles tendon, osteoarthritis of the foot & ankle and forefoot problems like bunions, corrective toe surgery, neuromas & other deformitis.
