Very satisfied by treatment and attention given by all of the staff at Spire Yale

As someone with hearing difficulties the loud noise from the radio makes it impossible to understand what the receptionist is saying. Apart from that the staff were all very pleasant and caring, and would go out of their way to be helpful

I found my experience to be very positive at the Yale Hospital. The staff were very attentive and polite, my room was excellent and the food was excellent. I would recommend this hospita!

I was well looked after throughout

The Spire Yale Hospital offered a clearly efficient context in which to be treated by Professor Iqbal Shergill. ' Everyday ' and medical aspects of the hospital were all in order. It would be unfair not to mention that when I contracted a serious infection following surgery the Yale Hospital did not hesitate to call me back in, and the House Doctor on duty responded appropriately. That was definitely a plus for Yale.

Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to be cheerful. I felt the nurses were specially chosen for their kind nature and personality.

I always find everyone very helpful and friendly but the organisation isn’t always 100 percent.

Appointment with consultant in Jan 2022. Proceedure carried out Nov 2022.

Everything went according to plan and on time. Mr Shankar was absolutely excellent and the operation went well.

Overall an excellent service.
