Everywhere seemed very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. I felt that my concerns were listened to and my whole appointment, including going back to the waiting area while eye drops took effect, was no more than forty minutes.

I had to wait rather a long time for an appointment for a barium swallow.

The place was like being in an hotel.

My room was a bit shabby. I had a better room on my previous visit.

I was very nervous but was made to feel relaxed. It would have been nice to chat to other two ladies but we had partitions in-between us.
