Excellent - clean room, great to have en suite. Very attentive nursing and catering staff. No problems at all

All staff very attentive, friendly and made me feel comfortable at all times.

Generally the experience was good and I cannot fault the clinical side which was very professional. The administrative side was disappointing at times. I got the impression that staff were overworked and mistakes were made. They were, however, always very friendly.
