I had a laparoscopic myomectomy to remove a polyp and two fibroids. One of the fibroids, which was on the outside of my uterus, had grown significantly since January and had reached 10 cm. It was pressing on my bowel and bladder and had been causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. Throughout my treatment, Mr Abdelbar was incredibly kind, reassuring and professional. From the first appointment, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. His calm manner gave me confidence and helped ease a lot of the anxiety I was feeling before surgery. Mr Abdelbar always made me feel comfortable and listened to. He was approachable, compassionate and genuinely caring, which made a difficult experience much easier to deal with. I felt completely confident that I was in the best possible hands.
