I found out that the medication I was trialling was probably contributing to raised blood pressure and emailed as soon as I’d had me appointment with my GP. I was impressed by how quickly my email was replied to and the swift advice - within a few hours and out of hours. Dr Memon also called the following day on a Saturday and I felt that the advice was clear and felt reassured that I’d done the right thing by stopping the medication until after blood pressure has been assessed by GP.

I recently had an online ADHD consultation with Eleos Clinic via Zoom. The entire process was very smooth and professional. Because the appointment was online, it was incredibly convenient and saved me from having to travel, allowing me to do the consultation from the comfort of my own home where I felt most relaxed. The clinician I spoke with was highly professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend their online consultation service for anyone looking for a supportive and professional experience.

I can’t thank the team enough. It was not easy for me to make the decision to both put myself out there and also to commit to following through with the process. Every person I communicated with understood my needs and went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable. They knew exactly the path I needed to take and the speed I needed to take it to ensure I didn’t lose my momentum.
