I'd met her in person first and the online appointment felt just as welcoming and supportive. She is very easy to talk to and really takes the time to listen, answer questions and follow up.

The team at Eleos arranged a very short notice appointment with a consultant who could treat both teenagers and adults to provide continuity of care. The process was really smooth and they were really helpful.

Admin responds very quickly to emails. One time I forgot to pay in advance and was contacted by phone to remind me (I have ADHD!) which was super helpful as I thought I’d paid and the appointment would have been cancelled otherwise. The online software works well.
