Dr Rania Moussa

Dr Rania Moussa is a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist at Eleos Clinic. She believes in helping families and young people recover by working together and building trusting, therapeutic relationships. She strongly feels that a thorough assessment and understanding of difficulties is the first step towards recovery.

Dr Moussa's core training in psychiatry was completed at St Mary's Hospital London, followed by higher training in child and adolescent psychiatry. She has 15 years of experience working within the NHS, and for the past 5 years, has been deputy medical lead at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. Some of her skills include managing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), common and severe mental health disorders such as anxiety or depression, psychosis and bipolar disorder.
