The assessment was thorough, yet I never felt rushed or judged. Dr Memon created a supportive environment where I felt genuinely heard and understood, which made discussing lifelong challenges much easier.
Dr Memon and the team at the Eleos clinic fitted my daughter in at very short notice to support her restarting ADHD meds before her GCSEs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Eleos Clinic. We wish your daughter the best of luck with upcoming GCSE's. Regards Client Services Team
Dr Memon is kind, considerate and has gone out of his way to support me when my original ADHD Psychiatry provider summarily discharged me as I have a cancer diagnosis and am undergoing chemotherapy. This meant I was without my regular ADHD medication scaffold at the time when I needed it most! He worked through my diagnosis history focussing on the critical points to ensure safe prescribing, reviewed all my original diagnosis notes and has been contact with my oncologist to confirm there are no contraindications between the medication he has prescribed me and my cancer treatment. I’m so very grateful. Having a cancer diagnosis and receiving treatment was very hard. I’ve now had 2 medication reviews and he takes time to explore what’s going on for me outside my cancer treatment to check the medication is working. Highly recommend.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are pleased to hear you have had a positive experience and look forward to supporting you moving forward.
Very approachable and clear in his explanations, well-tailored to my existing level of understanding. I felt listened to and that there was plenty of time for the consultation, nothing was rushed.
