I was practically straight in for the treatment having barely sat down in the waiting room. A very friendly Dentist who did a great job on my gnashers. They had not had treatment like this for practically 30 years so a fair bit of clean-up work needed to be done. He did it very well & I seldom felt any discomfort. My mouth does ache a little today but that is most definitely to be expected.

Hadn't been to a dentist in 15 years so I was very worried. Was made to feel relaxed and comfortable

reception and general staff and dentists are friendly and polite but the dentist is using too much force when drilling and generally rushing, eg before anesthetic has become active, also filling is not filed down properly to ensure mouth closes evenly. please be gentle with your patients, it is not normal even though i was made to feel a little like it was my fault. it is not normal in all the dentists i have seen for many many years. children would be scared for life!

I find the reception team generally unfriendly and act as if they are doing me a favour by checking me in and taking payments rather than treating me as the paying customer I am. Perhaps this is a result if the practice being both NHS and private. In any case I wont be coming back. Though I would like to add that the dentist and his assistant are both very pleasant.

Although the building is in disarray due to refurbishment all the staff remain friendly and professional.
