I found Mr Awsare to be very kind and professional. Mr Awsare went out of his way to explain things to me in a manner for me to easily understand everything I needed to. I was also very impressed by his manner towards me and the staff assisting him.

Despite my bad language and frustrations over what I believed to be incompetent consultants in Aintree's urology department who made my life really difficult I appreciated your explanation as to the simple cause of my problems. I just would have liked to hear your views on their behaviour because they never brought up the frenulum or part-circumcision as a problem for pain or discomfort during cleaning or sex. I don't know whether to raise a complaint about either of them really. I look forward to reading your notes and accessing the prescription
