Good. Although medicines on discharge are expensive and confusing - ended up being sent home with (and later charged) meds I didn’t need and had been asked 3 times if I wanted and I had refused them.

Takes a while to register with reception staff. Slow computer systems. Made further appointment but when home received call to say I had been given appointment with incorrect consultant had to reschedule

I’ve had problems and infections since having my implants and still am 12 months down the line and not one person has bothered to contact me after all my phone calls. I haven’t even had a check up off my surgeon that I was told I would get after 12 months. My boobs aren’t as big as I expected either. After seeing my friends going to a different place I wish I had now.

A fantastic private facility that far exceeded my expectations. the level of detail, care and professionalism is truly magnificnet. I feel privialged to be local enough that I am able to use these facilities. Surgery performed by Prof Simon Lloyd and my entire experiance was flawless.

Receptionist was pleasant and waiting room comfortable.
