We were early for our appointment. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Water and hot drinks were available . We didn’t wait too long

I had a very positive experience at the hospital today. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, which helped put me at ease from the moment I arrived. The nurse who supported me during the procedure was especially kind and reassuring, and I felt very well cared for throughout. I was also impressed with the short waiting times and how smoothly everything was organised. Thank you to all the staff for such supportive and efficient care.
